Background & Aim: Epithelial  ovarian  tumors  is the most common Serous  tumors  And  Mucinosis   tumors  are  in  second  in  terms of  plenty . Benign form of  them are  8 to 10 percent of ovarian epithelial  tumors . Interstitial ovarian mucinosis   tumors  With two Sub-Group of Endocervical-like and intestinal  appears  Different  clinical  characteristics. The purpose  of  this  study  is Introduction of  a  ovarian mucinous adenoma  in a pregnant  young  woman.
Ovarian cancer is the second most common cancer of the genitalia and is the most common cause of death due to genital malignancies. The most common epithelial tumors of the ovary are serous tumors and mucinous tumors are in second order. Their benign type forms 8 to 10% of the ovarian epithelial tumors. The aim of this study was to introduce a young pregnant woman with ovarian mucinous cyst adenoma.
Case  report: The patient is a 19 year-old pregnant woman, G2P1, who referred to the hospital for repeated cesarean section. During cesarean section, a small gland was touched in the peritoneum of the ball, which was considered by the examination of the peritoneum of the abdominal peritoneal sarcoma. The patient was then subjected to CT scan after cesarean section. The findings showed a solid mass of 10 by 15 inches. With the transfer of the patient to a specialist center and performing M.R.I and ultrasound, increased dimensions of the uterus and cystic lesion with a relatively thick wall in the pelvis and cysts of the large musine ovary adenoma were confirmed. Symptomatic treatment was performed until uterus decreased, and laser therapy was proposed after a month, which was successful.
Conclusion: The  patient  was pregnant woman 19-year-old  that  was referred to Shohada 12  dey  Hospital  in Gonbad-e Qabus  For caesarean. when Cesarean  surgery ، Was touched a gland (slightly smaller than a ball) In the peritoneum. that according to Abdominal  peritoneal  review ، Retroperitoneal sarcoma  was propounded. therefore  After  Caesarean Several tests were performed for  patient so  finally  big ovarian mucinous  cyst  adenoma’s  diagnosis   was Confirmed And laser therapy was performed far patient.
