The prevalence rate of postpartum problems varies across reports.The goal this study was examination maternal health`s problems and their help behavioral after delivery in women reffering to health centers. Material & Methods: This research was a descriptive study. In this study 200 mothers that refered to health centers in order to vaccinate newborns were selected by easy sampling method. The studie’s tool was questionair and was collected by interview and analyzed with SPSS through descriptive and analytic statistic. Results: The rate of problem was 54/5%. The most common health problems were: infection in site of sutures, backache, abnormal bleeding. The most of mothers preferred to talk about their problems with a specialist. There was not significant relation between teaching and care. Conclusion: The findings of this study confirm the high prevalence of physical health symptoms in women after birth.
