Assessment reasons for patient’s dispatch from Imam Jafar Sadeq hospital in Aligoudarz to others health centers in 1387-1386. 3 2010; 1 (1) :1-10

Background & Objectives:  Every year, thousands of people die or suffer from irreversible lesions due to lack of timely and adequate health services. Proper management in dispatch system not only could reduce risks and expenses, but also, will reform health care system in the country according to experts in the field of health. This study assesses situation of dispatch system from Imam Jafar Sadeq hospital in Aligoudarz to others health centers in 1386-1387.

Materials and Methods: This study is a descriptive study. Study sample was compromised all patients referred to Imam Jafar Sadeq hospital in aligoudarz that  their dispatch  to other health center was necessary. In order to data gathering,  Registered and archival documents of these patients completed by the clinical supervisor were used .finally, Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. 
Results: Results showed  71.6 percent  successfully dispatched patients from 556 cases during 9 months. Most patients transferred due to deficiency of expert (69/61 percent) and lowest percent of patients transferred due to deficiency of hospital bed. The mean time of admission of patient in other health center was 80 minutes.

Conclusion: Finding of This study showed that correct planning and proper distribution of expert staff , hospital beds and equipment among different regions could  result in survival of patients and prevention of spoil humanistic and economic powers.
