fa تبیین تجربه‌ی زیسته‌ی مادران از اولین شیردهی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 9pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: top;"><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">‌</span></span> <span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">بنا به تحقیق روانشناسان،‌ انگیزه مادری یکی از مهمترین و نیرومندترین انگیزه‌هاست که در انسان به شکل&shy;های گوناگون بروز می‌کند و بستگی به فرهنگ و راه و رسم هر جامعه‌ای دارد. علاقه‌مندی مادر به غذا دادن، نگهداری،‌ مواظبت، غم‌خواری و دوست داشتن فرزند را انگیزه مادری گویند. علیرغم تحقیقات بی‌شمار در مورد شیر مادر تاکنون تجربیات مادران ایرانی از اولین شیردهی انجام نشده و نیاز است دیدگاه مادران را در مورد این مهم بدانیم. از این رو این مطالعه با هدف تبیین اولین تجربه شیردهی مادران به نوزاد انجام گرفته است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">در این پژوهش کیفی با 25 مادر که اولین تجربه بعد از تولد نوزاد را در شیردهی داشتند در سال1390 که در زایشگاه بستری بودند. مصاحبه&shy;های نیمه ساختار به عمل آمد. کلیه مصاحبه‌ها دست نویس و مطابق روش&quot;تحلیل محتوا&quot; آنالیز شدند. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">مضمون اصلی این مطالعه شامل&quot;پیوند با شکوه مادر و نوزاد &quot;با مضامین فرعی&quot; احساس مسئو لیت مادری &quot;و&quot; ارتباط&nbsp; با کودک&quot; استخراج شد. مادران در این مطالعه اولین شیردهی به کودک را تجربه&shy;ای لذت بخش توصیف کردند. آنها بر این باور بودند که با در آغوش گرفتن و شیردادن کودک، وظیفه و مهر مادری را احساس می‌کنند. در این پیوند است که مادر احساس مسئولیت رشد و تکامل کودک را به‌عهده می‌گیرد و به او اظهار علاقه می&shy;نماید. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">شیر دادن مادر به کودک نمایشی از با شکوه‌ترین پیوندهای بحث و لطیف‌ترین شکل پاسداری از سلامت جسمی، روانی و عاطفی کودک بوده و در فرهنگ متعالی اسلام به عنوان عبادتی شایسته و گرانقدر از آن یاد شده است</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> .</span></span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">امید است که ترویج تغذیه با شیر مادر تلاشی در سالم سازی دنیای زیبای کودکان و مشارکت در یک سرمایه‌گذاری پرسود عبادی برای فردای جامعه بشری باشد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">.</span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"></div> <strong>Background & Aim:</strong> According to the psychologists&rsquo; findings, maternal motivation is one of the most important and a powerful motivation that manifests in women in various forms and depends on the culture and way of each society. The mother&#39;s interest in feeding, keeping, caring, sad and loving the child called mother&#39;s motive. Despite numerous studies on breastfeeding, the first experience of breast feeding didn&rsquo;t assess in Iran, and its necessary to know mothers&#39; viewpoint. Therefore, this study aims to explain the first experience of breastfeeding mothers to the infant.<br> <strong>Material & Method:</strong> In this qualitative study, the 25 mothers who had the first breast feeding experience and hospitalized at the maternity ward in 2011 were selected. Semi-structured interviews were conducted. All handwritten interviews were analyzed using &quot;content analysis&quot; method.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The main theme of this study was &quot;The glorious bond between mother and infant&quot; With sub-themes &quot;Sense of mother&#39;s responsibility &quot;and&quot; communication with the child &quot;. In this study, mothers described the first breast feeding as a enjoyable experience. They believed that they had a sense of duty and motherhood with a hug and feeding their baby. It is in this connection that the mother takes responsibility for the child&#39;s development and growth and she expresses interest in her baby.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Breast feeding is a demonstration of the most magnificent links of discussion and the most delicate form of protection of the physical, psychological and emotional health of the child and it has been mentioned in the culture of Islam as a worthy worship.
