fa مقایسه وضعیت تکاملی کودکان 12 ماهه حاصل از حاملگی خواسته با حاملگی ناخواسته مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 9pt; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">‌</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">به دلیل ضرورت پیگیری بیشتر و متفاوت در کودکانی با اختلالات تکاملی در سال‌های اولیه عمر تعیین عوامل مؤثر در بروز این اختلالات در هر جامعه‌ای ضرورت دارد. حاملگی ناخواسته یک مشکل جهانی است که نقش مهمی در تکامل کودک دارد. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه وضعیت تکاملی کودکان 12 ماهه حاصل از حاملگی خواسته و ناخواسته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مطالعه با طراحی توصیفی ـ مقایسه‌ای بر روی 300 زوج مادر و کودک 12 ماهه (150 مادر و کودک حاصل از حاملگی خواسته و 150 مادر و کودک حاصل از حاملگی ناخواسته) مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی لرستان به روش نمونه‌گیری چند مرحله‌ای (طبقه‌ای ـ خوشه‌ای) انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی ـ مامایی، پرسشنامه حاملگی ناخواسته و پرسشنامه</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">استاندارد سنین و مراحل بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های مجذور کای، من‌ویتنی، تی مستقل و رگرسیون لجستیک مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تأخیر تکاملی در گروه حاملگی خواسته 4 درصد و در گروه حاملگی ناخواسته 6/14 درصد بود. متغیرهای سن مادر، مدت ازدواج، تعداد فرزندان، تحصیلات مادر و درآمد ماهیانه با حاملگی ناخواسته ارتباط معناداری نشان دادند </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">(</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">000/0 </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P<</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">)</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"><div style="clear:both;"></div><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">می‌توان گفت اثر حاملگی ناخواسته بر تکامل کودک تا حدود زیادی به دلیل اثر متغیرهای دیگر مانند عوامل اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی و سن مادر است که بر رابطه بین حاملگی ناخواسته و تکامل کودک موثرند.</span></span></span></div> <strong>Background & Aim:</strong> <em>The identification of factors affecting the incidence of developmental disorders in children in early life is essential in any society due to the need for further and different follow-up. Unwanted pregnancy is a global problem that has an important role in the development of children.
