fa بررسی احتمال خطر ابتلا به دیابت تیپ ۲ در دختران و پسران نوجوان شهرستان الیگودرز در سال 1396 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 9pt; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> با توجه به شیوع دیابت نوع2 در نوجوانان و احتمال عدم بررسی شیوع آن در ایران و هم‌چنین عوامل زمینه‌ای، بیماری‌های همراه و عوارض دیابت، مطالعه‌ی حاضر به منظور بررسی شیوع دیابت نوع 2 در گروه سنی زیر 20 ساله منطقه‌ی لرستان شهرستان الیگودرز انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> مطالعه به صورت مقطعی بر روی 390 نفر در محدوده‌ی سنی زیر 20 سال که به روش خوشه‌ای انتخاب شده بودند، طی سه مرحله اجرا شد. مرحله‌ی اول غربالگری با انجام آزمون قندخون ناشتا اجرا شد. در مرحله‌ی دوم آزمون تحمل گلوکز خوراکی (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">OGTT</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) با 75 گرم گلوکز انجام شد. مرحله‌ی سوم آزمایش‌ اختصاصی اندازه‌گیری غلظت سرمی انسولین بود. پرسشنامه شامل شرح حال، بررسی فیزیکی(</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">BMI</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">)، نتایج آزمایش‌های اختصاصی و پرسشنامه‌ی تغذیه‌ای و عوارض دیابت بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> پس از انجام دو مرحله‌ی اول و دوم، 2 مورد دارای اختلال قند خون ناشتا </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(IFG)</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، 4 مورد اختلال تحمل گلوکز خوراکی (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">IGT</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) و 3 مورد دیابت تشخیص داده شدند که در مرحله‌ی سوم که بخش اصلی بود فرم ها و تست های مربوطه ارائه شد. شیوع دیابت در کل جمعیت 00036/0، شیوع </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">IFG</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> 00007/0 و شیوع</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">IGT</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> 00044/0 نفر بود. بنابراین شیوع دیابت نوع 2 در افراد زیر 20سال در &nbsp;این منطقه 00015/0 نفر می‌باشد. در افراد مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 عوامل زمینه‌ای مانند سابقه‌ی خانوادگی و چاقی وجود داشت. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> به احتمال فراوان شیوع دیابت نوع 2 در نوجوانان الیگودرزی کمتر از دیگر شهرهای ایران است . </span></span><br> &nbsp;</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <strong>Background and Objectives</strong>: Considering the prevalence of type 2 diabetes in adolescents and the possible lack of an examination of its prevalence in Iran, as well as underlying factors, associated illnesses and complications of diabetes, the present study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of type 2 diabetes in the age group of under 20 years old in the Lorestan region of Aligoodarz.<br> &nbsp;<strong>Method and Materials</strong>: A study was conducted on 390 subjects under the age of 20 years who were selected randomly in three stages. The first stage was screening.the second phase, was OGTT test. The third phase of the insulin test was performed. Questionnaires including biographies, BMI, results of specific tests and nutritional questionnaire were completed and were evaluated for complications of diabetes.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> 2 cases with IFG, 4 cases of IGT and 3 cases of diabetes were diagnosed. The prevalence of diabetes in the general population was 36%, the prevalence of IFG was 7%, and the IGT was 44% per 100,000. Therefore, the prevalence of type 2 diabetes in people under the age of 20 in this region is 15 percent.
