fa بررسی مقایسه ای نظام آموزشی مقطع کارشناسی پرستاری ایران و آمریکا تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding-top:0cm;padding-right:9.0pt;padding-bottom:0cm;padding-left:9.0pt;vertical-align:top;"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">لازمه داشتن سیستم بهداشتی و پرستاری شایسته و متعاقب آن ارائه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی درمانی مناسب، ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش پرستاری است. برنامه های دوره پرستاری در سراسر دنیا در حال گسترش می باشد. مقایسه نظام های مختلف آموزشی موجب ارتقاءکیفیت برنامه های آموزشی می شود. هدف از این مطالعه، مقایسه نظام آموزشی مقطع کارشناسی پرستاری ایران با مدرسه پرستاری دانشگاه واشنگتن دی سی امریکا می باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش بررسی</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی تطبیقی در سال 1397 انجام شد و نظام آموزشی پرستاری ایران با عناصر تشکیل دهنده برنامه آموزشی در مقطع کارشناسی با دانشکده پرستاری دانشگاه واشنگتن مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. جستجوی اینترنتی با استفاده از داده پایگاههای فارسی و انگلیسی صورت گرفت اطلاعات مورد نیاز جمع اوری شد و با استفاده از الگوی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Beredy</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> توصیف، تفسیر، همجواری و مقایسه، تطبیق برنامه ها انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نظام آموزش پرستاری دو کشور اختلافات عمده ای دارند. نظام آموزش پرستاری در دوره کارشناسی ایران چهار ساله است و متقاضیان از بین داوطلبین گروه تجربی و از طریق آزمون سراسری، انتخاب می شوند. در کلیه دانشگاهها در سراسر کشور یک کوریکولوم واحد پرستاری اجرا می شود که توسط وزارت بهداشت</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تدوین می گردد. در حالی که پرستاری در آمریکا یک برنامه دو ساله بوده و ضوابط پذیرش دانشجو، توسط هر دانشگاه به طور مستقل وضع می&shy;گردد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> بمنظور بهبود شرایط و کیفیت آموزشی رشته پرستاری در کشور ایران می بایست اصلاحاتی در حیطه های تدوین فلسفه و اهداف، روشهای گزینش دانشجو، روش‌های تدریس و استراتژی های ارزشیابی فراگیران صورت گیرد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div><div style="clear:both;"></div></div> <strong>Background and Aim:</strong>Nursing education is essential for proper and efficient nursing and health care system. Nursing courses around the world are expanding. Comparing different educational systems will improve the quality of educational programs. The purpose of this study is to compare the system of Iranian nursing education with the nursing school of the University of Washington DC, USA.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: study was conducted in 2018. In order to compare, the required information was collected and analyzed from the main elements of the nursing baccalaureate program in Iran and the nursing school of the University of Washington, USA. After reviewing and comparing, practical suggestions were made to improve the nursing program. The method used in this study was a Beredy model that includes description, interpretation, neighborhood, and comparison.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The nursing education of Iran and USA has major disagreements. The nursing education in Iran&#39;s undergraduate degree is four years, and applicants are selected from among the students in the experimental group of experimental sciences and through the national examination. In all universities across the country, there is a nursing unit&#39;s coriclovium that is being developed by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education.
