fa بررسی علل ترس از زایمان طبیعی در زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان گنجویان دزفول تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 9pt; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: زایمان یکی از مهم‌ترین وقایع دوران باروری است. زایمان دوران گذار به مادر بودن است و دارای تأثیرات جسمی و احساسی خاص خود است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: این پژوهش یک مطالعه&nbsp; توصیفی-مقطعی بود که در آن جامعه مورد مطالعه را کلیه زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه مامایی بیمارستان گنجویان شهر دزفول تشکیل می داد که در یک بازه زمانی 8 ماهه از اردیبهشت 98 تا دی98&nbsp; جهت خدمات مامایی و زایمان به بیمارستان گنجویان&nbsp; مراجعه کردند و معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را داشتند. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها &nbsp;از یک پرسشنامه سه بخشی استفاده شد که از طریق مصاحبه تکمیل&nbsp; گردید. به منظور ارزیابی تفاوت میانگین، از آزمون </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">t</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> و کای دو&nbsp; و برای تعیین همبستگی بین متغیرهای پیوسته از آزمون پیرسون استفاده&nbsp; شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: در این تحقیق میانگین ترس 83/5</span></span><span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">66/36 بود. این مطالعه نشان داد که در خصوص ترس از زایمان 7/9 درصد ترس کم، 3/68</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">درصدترس متوسط و 22</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">درصد</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ترس شدید داشتند.</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در ضمن بین جنس نوزاد و میزان ترس اختلاف معنادار آماری یافت شد به طوری که میانگین ترس در مادران دارای فرزند دختر بیشتر بود</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(66/37 در مقابل 79/35).</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بیشترین ترس مادران ترس از درد زایمان و ترس از طولانی بودن مدت زایمان گزارش شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">:</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با توجه به بالا بودن میزان ترس از زایمان لزوم بازنگری جدی در نحوه برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزشی به گونه ای که زوجین هر دو با هم امکان استفاده از کلاسها را داشته باشند از برنامه‌های پیشنهادی است که می تواند پیامد خوبی در درازمدت داشته باشد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Childbirth is one of the most important events of the reproductive period. Childbirth is a period of transition to motherhood and has its own physical and emotional effects.<br> <strong>&nbsp;Materials and</strong> <strong>Methods: </strong>This study was a descriptive cross-sectional study in which the study population consisted of all pregnant women referred to the midwifery clinic of Ganjavian Hospital in Dezful in a period of 8 months from May 1998 to December 1998 for midwifery services And delivery were referred to Ganjavian Hospital and met the inclusion criteria. In order to collect data, a three-part questionnaire was used, which was completed through interviews. In order to evaluate the mean difference, t-test and chi-square were used and to determine the correlation between continuous variables, Pearson test was used.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> In this study, the mean fear was 36.66 83 5.83. This study showed that 9.7% had low fear, 68.3% had moderate fear and 22% had severe fear about the fear of childbirth. There was a statistically significant difference so that the average fear was higher in mothers with daughters (37.66 vs. 35.79). The highest fear of mothers was fear of labor pain and fear of long delivery time.
