fa اختلالات جسمی کودکان 11-7ساله ساکن مراکز نگهداری شبانه روزی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p align="center" dir="RTL"></p> <p align="center" dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه و هدف:</strong> زمینه و هدف:کودکان ساکن در مراکز نگهداری شبانه روزی علاوه بر مشکلاتی که در خانواده با آن مواجه بوده اند، در محیط مراکز نیز در معرض&nbsp; مشکلات رفتاری و بهداشتی فراوانی قرار می گیرند.به همین منظور مطالعه ای با هدف بررسی وضعیت سلامت جسمی کودکان 11-7 ساله ساکن مراکز نگهداری شبانه روزی شهر تهران انجام گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روشها</strong>: این پژوهش &nbsp;مطالعه ای مقطعی بود که برروی 105 کودک (57 پسر و 48 دختر)درسال1385&nbsp; انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش نمونه گیری از نوع سرشماری بوده و اطلاعات مورد نیاز در رابطه با سلامت جسمی کودکان&nbsp; از طریق معاینات فیزیکی و بر اساس فرم بررسی وضعیت سلامت کودکان ، مطالعه و بررسی&nbsp; پرونده بهداشتی آنان بدست آمد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>&nbsp;نتایج نشان داد بطور کلی شایعترین اختلالات موجود در این گروه از کودکان به ترتیب شامل اختلالات دهان و دندان (5/90 درصد)، پوست (2/76 درصد) چشم (4/51 درصد) و سیستم تنفسی (1/40 درصد) است. آزمون کای اسکوئر نیز نشان داد:بین سلامت جسمی با جنس ،سن&nbsp; و مدت زمان سکونت در مراکز ارتباط معنی‌دار وجود نداشت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>:&nbsp; از آنجا که کودکان ساکن مراکز نگهداری شبانه‌روزی از نظر سلامتی و بهداشت جزو گروههای پرخطر در جوامع محسوب می‌شوند لذا با توجه به یافته‌های بدست آمده در مطالعه حاضر ، انجام بررسی و رسیدگی بیشتر در خصوص ارتقاء سلامت این کودکان ضروری بنظر می رسد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <div>&nbsp; <div id="ftn1"> <p dir="RTL"></p> </div> </div> <p></p> <p align="center"></p> <p><strong>Bachground & Objectives</strong>: Every year thousands of children are accepted in the foster care centre because of several reasons. Most children are placed in foster care because of neglect, physical abuse, parental substance abuse, divorce and social- economic poverty. On the other hand, entry to these foster care centers and living in these centre, faced children with a lot of behavioral and health problems. In regard to this issue for assessing physical health status of 7-11 years children living in foster care centers in Tehran.</p> <p><strong>Materiales & Methods : </strong>We performed a cross sectional study with 105 children (57 boy, 48girl). In this research, sampling was of type census and required information about child physical health was obtained by the physical exams based on&nbsp; child health assessment form , study and assessment of child healt files and sometimes consultment with physicians .</p> <p><strong>Resultes</strong>: Result have shown that most frequent type of physical&nbsp; problem in these children was as follows:periodontal problems(90/5persent), skin(76/2persent),eyes(51/4persent),and respiratory system(40/1persent).
