fa تأثیر لمس یاکسون بر وزن‎گیری نوزادان نارس بستری در بخش مراقبت‎های ویژه بستری در بیمارستان طالقانی گنبدکاووس 1398 The effect of Yakson touch on neonatal weight of premature infants admitted to the intensive care unit of Taleghani Hospital in Gonbad Kavous 2020 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">زمینه و هدف: وزن کم تولد یکی از مشکلات نوزادان نارس در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه نوزادن می‌باشد. تحریکات پوستی نظیر لمس درمانی نقش مهمی در تحریک هورمون‌های رشد و بهبود پارامترهای فیزیولوژیک نوزادان نارس و افزایش رشد تکامل نوزادان نارس دارد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تأثیر لمس یاکسون بر وزن‌گیری نوزادان نارس بستری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی بر روی 64 نوزاد بستری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه بیمارستان طالقانی گنبد کاووس در سال 1398 به صورت تصادفی ساده در 2گروه آزمون کنترل انجام شد. در گروه آزمون روش لمس درمانی یاکسون در روز هفتم بستری نوزاد به مدت 5روز انجام شد.وزن نوزاد 5 روز بعد این مداخله توسط 3 پرستار کنترل ثبت شد. اطلاعات توسط نرم افزار آماریSPSS21  با آمار استنباطی(تی مستقل و آزمون آنالیز واریانس تکراری ) تجزیه تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها : آزمون تی مستقل اختلاف معنی داری بین وزن نوزادان گروه آزمون کنترل قبل از مداخله نشان نداد(6/0=P). بعد از مداخله میزان وزن‌گیری نوزاد در هیج کدام از زمان های بررسی شده در دوگروه آزمون و کنترل تفاوت معنی داری را نشان نداد (29/0=P) نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد لمس درمانی یاکسون بر میزان وزن‌گیری نوزادان نارس تأثیر ندارد. نیاز است با رفع محدودیت‌های این پزوهش مطالعات مشابه دیگری صورت گیرد. </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div class="WordSection1" dir="RTL">.1 Semnani N, Hojjati H, Akhoundzadeh G. Abstract Background and Objectives: Low birth weight is one of the problems of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit. Skin irritations such as touch therapy play an important role in stimulating growth hormones and improving the physiological parameters of premature infants and increasing the developmental development of premature infants. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Yakson touch on weight gain in preterm infants admitted to the intensive care unit. Materials and Methods: This clinical trial study was performed on 64 infants admitted to the intensive care unit of Taleghani Gonbad Kavous Hospital in 2020 by simple random sampling in two control groups. In the experimental group, YaKson touch therapy was performed on the seventh day of the infant's hospitalization for 5 days. The infant's weight was recorded 5 days later by 3 control nurses. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21 statistical software with inferential statistics (independent t-test and Repeated Measure test). Results: Independent t-test did not show a significant difference between the weights of the control group before the intervention (P = 0.6). After the intervention, the neonatal weight did not show a significant difference in any of the studied times in the experimental and control groups (P = 0.29). Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that YaKson touch therapy has no effect on preterm weight gain.
