<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:56.65pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">یافتهها: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">در این مطالعه 208 پرستار با میانگین سنی59/9 </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Cambria",serif">±</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">51/35 سال مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند همچنین میانگین نگرش پرستاران (07/4 </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Cambria",serif">±</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""> 82/33) بود که نشان داد 177 نفر( 5/88 درصد نگرش متوسط) و 11 نفر( 5/5 درصد) نگرش کاملاً مثبت به کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در پرستاری دارند. 121 نفر (17/58 درصد) موافق بودند که نقش مهمی در مراقبت پرستاری دارد و قابل توجه است که 38 نفر( 26/18) درصد) معتقد بودند عملکرد پرستاری و زمینه کاری آن را مختل میکند از نظر متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی نیز سن، جنس، سابقه کاری و محل خدمت با نگرش پرستاران از هوش مصنوعی معنادار نشده است(05/0</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">p></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">). </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:56.65pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">نتیجهگیری: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که سطح نگرش پرستاران آنها متوسط است. سیاستگذاران یک برنامه آموزشی رسمی در زمینه هوش مصنوعی برای پرسنل بهداشت و درمان تدوین کنند که میتواند گام مهمی در پیاده سازی و توسعه موفقیتآمیز باشد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Background and Objectives:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> The use of artificial intelligence provides innovations for the performance of nursing care, reducing errors in patient care. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the level of nurses' attitude towards the applications of artificial intelligence in hospitals under the supervision of Abadan University of Medical Sciences in 2023.</span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Materials and Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in 2002. 208 nurses working in the hospitals under supervision of Abadan University of Medical Sciences were surveyed by census method and with informed consent during three months. They completed a researcher-made attitude questionnaire consisting of 11 questions regarding applications of artificial intelligence. The questionnaire was adjusted based on a 5-point Likert scale from completely disagree (1) to completely agree (5), and its validity and reliability were assessed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and independent t-tests and analysis of variance with spss software version 26.</span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> In this study, 208 nurses with an average age of 35.51 ± 9.59 years were investigated, and the mean attitude level of the nurses was 33.82 ± 4.07 which showed 177 people (88.5%) of average attitude and 11 people (5.5%) of a very positive attitude towards the applications of artificial intelligence in nursing. 121 people (58.17 %) agreed that it plays an important role in nursing care, and it is noteworthy that 38 people (18.26 %) believed that nursing performance and its working environment is disturbed. In terms of demographic variables including age, sex, work experience and place of service, none were significantly associated with nurses' attitudes towards artificial intelligence (p>0.05).</span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> The results of this study illustrated that the nurses’ attitude towards the application of artificial intelligence is average. Policymakers should develop a formal AI training program for healthcare personnel, which can be an important step in successful implementation and development.</span></span></span></div>
