other بررسی مقایسه ای اجرای مراقبت خانواده محور در بخش NICU قبل و در زمان پاندمی کووید۱۹ عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span calibri="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف</span></b><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در دوران پاندمی کووید ۱۹ به دلیل قدرت سرایت و همه گیری این ویروس محدودیت های بسیاری در بیمارستان ها و مراکز مراقبتی به منظور پیشگیری از گسترش آن اعمال گردید. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اجرای مراقبت خانواده محور در بخش های مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان قبل و حین پاندمی کووید ۱۹ بود.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مواد و روش ها:</span></b> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در بخش مراقبت&shy;های ویژه نوزادان در</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بیمارستان های منتخب وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی شهید بهشتی انجام شد.</span><b> </b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پرستاران شاغل در بخش مراقبت&shy;های ویژه نوزادان در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این مطالعه پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته 20 سؤالی بود . داده های تحقیق با استفاده از نرم افزار </span>&nbsp;<span b="" dir="LTR" nazanin="" style="font-family:">SPSS18 </span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">تح</span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">لیل و آمار توصیفی (میانگین، فراوانی، انحراف معیار) و تحلیلی (ویلکاکسون)</span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> استفاده شد</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته ها:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> نتایج آزمون میانگین در قبل از پاندمی و حین پاندمی کووید- 19 نشان داد که دیدگاه پرستاران </span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">میزان اجرای مراقبت خانواده محور در بخش&shy;های مراقبت ویژه نوزادان در اکثر ابعاد آن در زمان پاندمی کووید-19 کاهش معنی&shy;دار داشته است.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه گیری:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> با توجه به نتایج حاصل از مطالعه حاضر و تمایل کمتر پرسنل پرستاری برای اجرای مراقبت خانواده محور در دوران پاندمی کووید ۱۹ پیشنهاد می شود که برای مقابله با پاندمی های احتمالی بعدی بر لزوم اجرای مراقبت خانواده محور و آمادگی بیشتر پرسنل پرستاری برای اجرای این مراقبت تاکید گردد.</span></span></span></span><br> <br type="_moz" > &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Background and Objectives</b>: During the Covid-19 pandemic, due to the contagiousness and epidemic of this virus,<b> </b>many restrictions were imposed on hospitals and care centers in order to prevent the spread of this virus. The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of family-centered care in neonatal intensive care units before and during the covid-19 pandemic.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Material and Methods</b>: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in the neonatal intensive care unit in selected hospitals affiliated to Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and Health Services. Nurses working in the neonatal intensive care units participated in this study. The data collection tool in this study was a 20-question researcher-made questionnaire.
