other کاربرد تکنیک خلاقانه اسکمپر در آموزش پرستاری عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">تکنیک اسکمپر، از پرطرفدارترین تکنیک های خلاقیت می باشد. این تکنیک، حاوی تعدادی سوال بوده و از ابتدای هفت فعل انگلیسی تشکیل شده است. استفاده از تکنیک اسکمپر در کلاس درس دانشجویان پرستاری، موجب تدوین ایده های نوآور و جدید و ایجاد تفکرات خلاقانه در دانشجویان می گردد. استادان می‌توانند از این ابزار برای توسعه مهارت ‌های حل مسئله خلاق دانشجویان خود برای مقابله با چالش‌ها در زمینه ‌های مختلف استفاده کنند. اسکمپر مهارت های فکری دانشجویان پرستاری را افزایش داده و می تواند مهارت های حل مسئله و قضاوت بالینی پرستاران است، بهبود بخشد. قضاوت بالینی در دانشجویان پرستاری، موجب افزایش توانمندی در تشخیص مشکلات بیمار، اتخاذ تصمیمات درست، اجرای مراقبت مناسب و ایجاد رویکردهای جدید در رسیدن به نتایج مطلوب برای بیمار می شود. هدف از این مطالعه کاربرد تکنیک خلاقانه اسکمپر در آموزش پرستاری می باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The SCAMPER technique is one of the most popular creativity techniques. This technique contains a number of questions and is composed of the beginnings of seven English verbs. Using the SCAMPER technique in the classroom of nursing students leads to the development of innovative and new ideas and the creation of creative thinking in students. Professors can use this tool to develop their students&#39; creative problem-solving skills to tackle challenges in various fields. SCAMPER enhances nursing students&#39; thinking skills and can improve nurses&#39; problem-solving and clinical judgment skills. Clinical judgment in nursing students increases their ability to diagnose patient problems, make the right decisions, implement appropriate care, and create new approaches to achieve desired patient outcomes.
