other سیاست‌ های سلامت در مواجهه با پیری جمعیت در ایران: یک مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: پیری جمعیت&nbsp; به ‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین تحولات جمعیتی قرن ۲۱، پیامدهای گسترده‌ای برای نظام‌های سلامت، بازنشستگی و رفاه اجتماعی دارد. در ایران نیز این روند با شتابی قابل‌توجه در حال وقوع است. هدف این مقاله، بررسی سیاست‌های سلامت در مواجهه با پیری جمعیت در ایران است.<br> روش بررسی: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک است که در سال&nbsp; 1404با هدف بررسی سیاست‌های سلامت در مواجهه با پیری جمعیت در ایران انجام شد. به منظور جمع آوری برای این بررسی سیستماتیک با کلیدواژه های&nbsp; &nbsp;سیاست‌های سلامت،&nbsp; سیاستگذاری سلامت ، برنامه‌ریزی سلامت،&nbsp; پیری جمعیت،&nbsp; پرستاری سالمندی&nbsp; در می 2025 در پایگاه‌های داده بین المللی PubMed، Scopus، Cochrane،Science, Google Scholar&nbsp; Web OF ودرپایگاه های داده داخلی SID, Magiran,&nbsp; Iran Medex انجام شد. . از 1037 مقاله بازیابی شده براساس چک لیستPRISMA&nbsp; تنها 10 مقاله از مقالات مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<br> یافته‌ها :&nbsp; یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد که اصلاح نظام نهادی باعث افزایش پتانسیل سرمایه انسانی در ایران می شود&nbsp; و ایران نیاز به سیاستهای جامع برای بهبود مراقبت از سالمندان دارد . چالشهای کلیدی سالمندان شامل کمبود نیروی انسانی متخصص، نبود حمایت بیمه‌ای، نگرش منفی اجتماعی ، نابرابری‌های جنسیتی و منطقه‌ای هستند و از جمله راهکارهای این چالش ها می تواند بازتعریف سیاست‌های کلان، اتخاذ رویکرد چندبُعدی در برنامه‌ریزی جمعیتی و بهره‌گیری از تجارب کشورهای توسعه‌یافته در سیاست‌گذاری اجتماعی سالمندان باشد.<br> نتیجه گیری: نظام سلامت کشور برای سازگاری با تغییرات جمعیتی، باید تحولاتی در سطح سیاست‌گذاری، ساختار ارائه خدمات، منابع انسانی و تأمین مالی تجربه کند. این پژوهش می‌تواند به‌عنوان راهنمایی برای تصمیم‌سازان در تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های مبتنی بر شواهد در زمینه سالمندی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.<br> <br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">objective: Population aging, as one of the most important&nbsp; demographic&nbsp; developments of the 21st century, is the consequence of the effects&nbsp; &nbsp;on the&nbsp; health system,&nbsp; retirement, and social security. In Iran, this process is also currently&nbsp; accelerating&nbsp; significantly. The aim of this article is to examine health policies in dealing with population aging in Iran.&nbsp;<br> Methods: This research is a systematic&nbsp; review study that was conducted&nbsp; in 2025&nbsp; with the aim of examining health&nbsp; policies in the face of population aging in Iran.&nbsp; In order to collec t for&nbsp; this systematic review, the keywords health&nbsp; policies, health&nbsp; policymaking, health&nbsp; planning,&nbsp; population&nbsp; aging,&nbsp; &nbsp;and&nbsp; aging&nbsp; &nbsp;were&nbsp; &nbsp;searched&nbsp; in&nbsp; &nbsp;May&nbsp; 2025 in the international databases&nbsp; PubMed, Scopus,&nbsp; Cochrane, Science, Google Scholar Web&nbsp; OF and in the domestic databases SID, Magiran, Iran Medex.. Of the 1037 article&nbsp; retrieved based on the PRISMA checklist, only 10 articles were reviewed<br> Findings: The&nbsp; findings&nbsp; of&nbsp; this&nbsp; study&nbsp; showed&nbsp; that&nbsp; reforming the institutional system increases the potential of human capital in Iran and Iran needs&nbsp; comprehensive&nbsp; policies to&nbsp; improve&nbsp; elderly&nbsp; care.&nbsp; Key&nbsp; challenges&nbsp; for&nbsp; &nbsp;the&nbsp; elderly&nbsp; &nbsp; include&nbsp; the&nbsp; shortage&nbsp; of specialized&nbsp; &nbsp;human resources,&nbsp; lack of&nbsp; &nbsp;insurance&nbsp; support,&nbsp; &nbsp; negative&nbsp; social&nbsp; attitudes, gender&nbsp; and&nbsp; &nbsp;regional&nbsp; &nbsp;inequalities,&nbsp; &nbsp;and&nbsp; solutions&nbsp; &nbsp;to&nbsp; these&nbsp; challenges&nbsp; can&nbsp; &nbsp;include redefining&nbsp; &nbsp;macro&nbsp; &nbsp; policies, a&nbsp; dopting a&nbsp; &nbsp;multidimensional&nbsp; &nbsp;approach&nbsp; &nbsp;to&nbsp; population planning,&nbsp; and&nbsp; &nbsp;benefiting&nbsp; &nbsp;from&nbsp; &nbsp;the&nbsp; &nbsp;experiences&nbsp; &nbsp;of developed&nbsp; &nbsp;countries&nbsp; in&nbsp; social policymaking for the elderly.<br> Conclusion: To&nbsp; adapt&nbsp; to&nbsp; &nbsp;demographic&nbsp; &nbsp;changes ,&nbsp; the country&#39;s&nbsp; health&nbsp; system&nbsp; must undergo&nbsp; changes&nbsp; in&nbsp; &nbsp;policymaking,&nbsp; service&nbsp; delivery&nbsp; structure, human resources, and financing.&nbsp; This research can be used as&nbsp; a guide for decision-makers in developing&nbsp; and implementing evidence-based programs in the field of aging.</div> پیری جمعیت, سالمندان,نظام سلامت,سیاست‌گذاری, ایران aging population,Elderly health,Policy-making ,Iran 5 16 http://ndhj.lums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-225&slc_lang=other&sid=1 Elham Abdolahi Shahvali الهام عبدالهی شهولی 10031947532846002146 10031947532846002146 No Akram Hemmatipour اکرم همتی پور 10031947532846002147 10031947532846002147 No Jamileh Mohtashami جمیله محتشمی 10031947532846002148 10031947532846002148 Yes
