other گزارش یک مورد نادر خونریزی کلیه بعد از آنژیوگرافی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: خونریزی های کلیه معمولاً به دلیل آسیب های ناشی از جراحی به وجود می آید، عارضه نادر اما تهدید کننده زندگی پس از عمل هایی همانند آنژیوگرافی می باشد. لذا هدف از این پژوهش گزارش یک مورد نادر خونریزی کلیه بعد از آنژیوگرافی می باشد.<br> گزارش مورد: بیمار، خانمی 72 ساله که با شکایت تنگی نفس و درد قفسه سینه به یکی از مراکز درمانی استان گلستان مراجعه کرده و آنژیوگرافی شد. نتایج آنژیوگرافی نشان دهنده بسته بودن عروق سرخرگ کرونری راست و شاخه نزولی قدامی چپ قلب بود و برای بیمار&nbsp; مداخله عروق کرونر از راه پوست انجام می شود. بیمار فردای عمل دچار افت فشار خون، تنگی نفس، درد شکم می شود. یافته های سی تی اسکن نشان دهنده خونریزی شریان کلیه چپ بود. در تاریخ 18 دی 1401 بدلیل عدم توانایی مهار خونریزی برای بیمار جراحی نفروکتومی صورت گرفت. بیمار در تاریخ 24 دی 1401 در ساعت 12:15 دقیقه دچار ایست قلبی &ndash; تنفسی می شود. عملیات احیا بمدت 45 دقیقه انجام شده و در ساعت 13 بیمار فوت می شود.<br> نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه تشخیص و درمان به موقع خونریزی های بعد جراحی می تواند منجر به درمان و بقای موفقیت آمیز بیمار شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and purpose: Kidney bleeding usually occurs due to injuries caused by surgery, a rare but life-threatening complication after operations such as angiography. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to report a rare case of kidney bleeding after angiography.<br> Case report: The patient is a 72-year-old woman who complained of shortness of breath and chest pain and went to a medical center in Golestan province and underwent angiography. The results of angiography showed the closure of the right coronary artery and the left anterior descending branch of the heart and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is performed for the patient. The day after the operation, the patient has low blood pressure, shortness of breath, abdominal pain. CT scan findings showed left renal artery bleeding. On January 8, 2023, due to the inability to control the bleeding, a nephrectomy was performed for the patient. The patient suffered a cardiac-respiratory arrest on 14 January 2023 at 12:15.
