fa موانع بکارگیری مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد از دیدگاه پرستاران: مروری بر متون تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <table align="right" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" dir="rtl" style="width: 588px;" width="588"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 588px;"> <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> تحقیقات حاکی از آن است با وجود اینکه اکثر پرستاران نگرش مثبت نسبت به مراقبت‌های مبتنی بر شواهد دارند اما در عمل از این مراقبت‌ها استفاده نمی‌شود. پرستارانی که اعمال خود را بر اساس مدارک و شواهد علمی پایه گذاری نموده‌اند، توانسته‌اند تصمیمات بهتری اتخاذ کنند، هدف از مقاله حاضر مروری نظام‌مند بر شواهد پژوهشی در خصوص موانع به کارگیری مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد از دیدگاه پرستاران است.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width: 588px;"> <p dir="RTL">مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مروری با استفاده از واژه‌های کلیدی &quot;پرستاری مبتنی بر شواهد&quot; و &quot;پرستاری&quot; شواهد پژوهشی فارسی در بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور، پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی و لاتین؛ <span dir="LTR">Google</span> <span dir="LTR">scholar</span>، <span dir="LTR">Scopus</span> ، <span dir="LTR">Ovid</span>، <span dir="LTR">Since Direct</span>، <span dir="LTR">ProQuest</span>، <span dir="LTR">Ovid</span>، <span dir="LTR">PubMed</span>&nbsp; استخراج شدند. 38 مقاله که معیار ورود به مطالعه را داشتند مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width: 588px;"> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong>&nbsp; بررسی شواهد پژوهشی حاکی از آن بود که&nbsp; عوامل مرتبط با اجرایی نشدن پرستاری مبتنی بر شواهد در پنج حوزه اصلی شامل موانع فردی، مدیریتی، آموزشی، مرتبط با شواهد و محیطی قرار&nbsp; دارد.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width: 588px;"> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد با مشکلات زیادی در اجرای مواجه است. آموزش‌ جستجوی مؤثر در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی، دسترسی آسان به کتابخانه در بخش‌های بیمارستانی، ارتقای دانش حرفه‌ای مدیران پرستاری، سامان بخشی شیفت‌ها، تأمین نیروی انسانی کارآمد، و تشویق پرسنلی که مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد را اجرا می‌نمایند، برای ترویج به کارگیری شواهد علمی پژوهشی متقن و به روز در میان پرستاری توصیه می‌شود.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width: 588px;"></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div dir="RTL"> <pre dir="LTR"> <strong>Background</strong><strong> & Aim</strong><strong>:</strong> Although the majority of research has shown a positive attitude towards evidence-based care, but in practice this care is not used . Nurses who act based on the scientific evidence have been able to make better decisions. &nbsp;this study aims to review the barriers to implementing evidence-based care from the perspective of nurses in the literatures<strong>.</strong></pre> <pre dir="LTR"> <strong>Material & Methods</strong>: In this study, a review was carried out by searching the Iranian data bases of Magiran, SID, and English language; Google scholar, Scopus, Ovid, Science Direct, ProQuest, Ovid, PubMed with the key words of &quot;evidence-based nursing&quot; and &quot;nursing&quot;. 38 articles that had the inclusion criteria were evaluated.</pre> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Results:</strong> The review of literature showed that the barriers for applying evidence based practice included in five categories including: personal obstacles, management and educational issues, related to the evidence, and environmental factors.</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The issue of evidence-based nursing is facing a lot of problems in implementation. effective searching databases, access to libraries in hospitals improving the professional knowledge of nursing managers, organizing the shifts, the provision of efficient human resources and encourage the employees to provide evidence-based care are recommended to promote the use of Scientific and updated evidences among nurses.</p> <p dir="LTR"></p> </div> عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد, پرستاری مبتنی بر شواهد, مروری بر متون Evidence-based practice, Evidence-based Nursing, Review of Literature 73 82 http://ndhj.lums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-42&slc_lang=fa&sid=1
