fa رابطه عملکرد ممیزی بالینی با ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت‌های پرستاری در بخش جراحی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <table align="right" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" dir="rtl" style="width: 588px;" width="588"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 588px;"> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: &nbsp;ممیزی بالینی فرآیند بررسی بهبود کیفیت است، &nbsp;با هدف بالا بردن کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده به بیماران و نتایج حاصل از آن می‌باشد<strong>.</strong> این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه عملکرد ممیزی بالینی با کیفیت ارائه خدمات پرستاری بخش جراحی بیمارستان هاشمی&shy;نژاد تهران به منظور ارزشیابی و بهبود کیفیت خدمات انجام گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها</strong>: &nbsp;این پژوهش یک مطالعه تحلیلی می‌باشد که در سال1392 در بیمارستان هاشمی‌نژاد تهران انجام شد. جامعه آماری مربوط به این پژوهش، منابع اطلاعاتی تهیه شده، از چک‌لیست‌های استاندارد دانشگاه تهران، به‌صورت قبل و بعد از اجرای ممیزی بالینی بوده و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">&nbsp;spss</span> نسخه 7 و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون جهت تعیین رابطه‌دار بودن بین عملکرد ممیزی بالینی و فرآیندهای پرستاری مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفتند.</p> <p dir="RTL">یافته‌ها: از حیطه‌های مورد مطالعه، بین عملکرد ممیزی بالینی با مراقبت&shy;های مدیریت شده و احتیاط همه جانبه<span dir="LTR">) </span>2/0<span dir="LTR">p =</span>) مراقبت‌های اولیه<span dir="LTR">) </span>69/0<span dir="LTR">p =</span>)، &nbsp;اقدامات دارویی 18/0<span dir="LTR"> p =</span>)، ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت<span dir="LTR">.</span> سایر حیطه‌ها الکتروشوک (02 /0<span dir="LTR">p =</span>)، &nbsp;اکسیژن&shy;تراپی</p> <p dir="RTL">(5 0/0<span dir="LTR">p =</span>) ،(04 /0<span dir="LTR">p =</span>)<span dir="LTR">CPR </span>، کنترل و نظارت (03 /0<span dir="LTR">p =</span>)، آموزش به بیمار و همراهان (03 /0<span dir="LTR"> p =</span>)، پیشگیری از خطاهای دارویی</p> <p dir="RTL">(01 /0<span dir="LTR">(p =</span>، طرح تکریم ارباب رجوع (03 /0<span dir="LTR">p =</span>) ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت (05<span dir="LTR"> p</</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده، شناسایی موانع اجرای ممیزی بالینی، بررسی مشکلات به‌صورت تیمی، ارائه راهکارهای ارتقاء کیفیت و اجرای صحیح و مستمر آن‌ها، ارتقاء آگاهی پرستاران به عنوان راهکارهایی برای ارتقاء ممیزی بالینی پیشنهاد می‌شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="clear: both;"></div> <p><strong>Background & Aim</strong>: Clinical audit is a quality improvement process, with the aim of raising the quality of services provided to patients and the its results. This study was conducted to determine the relation between medical audit performance and quality of nursing services in surgery unit of Tehran Hasheminejad hospital&#39; in order to evaluation and&nbsp; improvement the quality of services.</p> <p><strong>Material & Methods: </strong>This study is analytical study conducted at Tehran Hasheminejad hospital&nbsp; in 2013. The statistical society of the study was the data that gathered by standard checklists of the Tehran University, pre and post implementation of medical audit,the data was analyzed using SPSS7 by Pearson correlation coefficient test to determine the relation between medical audit and nursing process.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: In studied dimensions, there were not a significant relation between clinical audit performance and controlled cares (p=0.2), primary care(p=0.69) and drug actions (p=0.18). there were a significant&nbsp; relation between clinical audit performance and working with electroshock (p=0.02), oxigen therapy (p=0.05), CPR (p=0.04), controlling and&nbsp; monitoring (p=0.03), patient and companinos education (p=0.03), the process of avoiding drug mistakes (p=0.01) and client glorification (P=0.03).</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong> According to the results, the following strategies are recommended for improving the medical audit; identify barriers to implementation of clinical audit, review problems as a team, providing solutions that improve the quality and the correct implementation and continuous promotion of nurses.</p> <p></p> <p align="center"></p> عملکرد, ممیزی بالینی, کیفیت خدمات پرستاری, بخش جراحی Performance, Medical audit, Nursing care qualities, Surgical unit 59 66 http://ndhj.lums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-49&slc_lang=fa&sid=1
