fa رابطه میزان پاسخگویی پرستاران با اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاری در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی بابل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="left"> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong>‌ مقوله پاسخگویی برای سیاست‌گذاران سلامت بسیار اهمیت دارد. از سویی پایبندی به اصول&nbsp; اخلاق حرفه‌ای، سلامت و رفاه بیماران را در مرکز توجهات خود قرار می‌دهد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه میزان پاسخگویی پرستاران با اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاری در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی انجام شد<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>این پژوهش یک مطالعه از نوع همبستگی است که در سال 1392 در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی بابل انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل پرستاران با تحصیلات دانشگاهی بودند که به روش سرشماری (285 نفر) تعیین شدند. ابزار مطالعه پرسشنامه استاندارد حرفه‌ای و مراقبتی پرستاران بود که اعتبار آن به روش اعتبار محتوی بود و پایایی آن&nbsp; از روش آلفای کرونباخ 86/0 ‌اندازه گیری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار<span dir="LTR"> spss </span>&nbsp;نسخه 17 و آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن تحلیل گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>یافته‌های حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد بین میزان پاسخگویی پرستاران در نقش متخصص بالینی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای (037/0<span dir="LTR">p= </span>&nbsp;،134/0=r) و بین میزان پاسخگویی پرستاران در نقش آموزش دهنده با اخلاق حرفه‌ای (000/0<span dir="LTR">p =</span>،231/0=r) رابطه معنی دار آماری وجود داشت.ولی بین سایر مؤلفه‌ها (نقش پژوهشگری و نقش مدیر) با اخلاق حرفه‌ایرابطه معناداری مشاهده نشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>بین پاسخگویی پرستاران با اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاری، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد با توجه به نتایج پیشنهاد می‌شود جهت ارتقاء هر چه بیشتر، مدیران، برنامه‌ریزان و مربیان با برنامه‌های آموزشی و تدوین خط مشی‌های مورد نیاز توجه لازم را در زمینه رعایت استانداردهای عملکرد حرفه‌ای و اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرسنل درمانی به عمل آورند.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify; clear: both;"></div> <p style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p><strong>Background & Aim</strong>: Accountability is a very important issue for health policymakers. On the other hand, respecting the professional ethics looks attentively at the health and welfare of patients. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between nurses&rsquo; accountability and professional nursing ethics in Shahid Beheshti Hospital.</p> <p><strong>Materials & Methods: </strong>This is a correlation study that was performed at Babol Shahid Beheshti Hospital in 2013-2014. The statistical population includes graduated nurses selected by census method (285 samples). The study tool was a standardized nursing care questionnaire. Its validity was measured by validation assessment method and the reliability was measured by Cronbach&#39;s alpha method (&alpha;=0.86). Data were analyzed using the SPSS17 software, spearman correlation test.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that there was a significant statistical relationship between nurses accountability rate as clinical specialists and professional ethics (r=0.134, p=0.037) and also between nurses accountability rate as educators and professional ethics (r = 0.231, p=0.000). But there was no significant relationship between other components (eg researcher and manager) and professional ethics.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>There is a significant positive relationship between nurses accountability and professional nursing ethics.
