fa ارزشیابی، کارایی و اثربخشی نظام‌های آموزشی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>سیستم آموزشی کشورها، سرمایه حیاتی آن‌ها در رویارویی با چالش‌های بالقوه آینده بوده ضمن اینکه ابزار ارزشمندی در محقق ساختن آرمان‌های ملل می‌باشد. لذا ارزیابی نظام‌های آموزشی جهت حصول اطمینان از کفایت کارایی و اثربخش آن‌ها حائز اهمیت بسیار می‌باشد. در مقاله حاضر به تشریح عوامل مؤثر بر ارزشیابی، کارایی و اثربخشی نظام‌های آموزشی پرداخته می‌شود.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>در ارزیابی عملکرد </strong><strong>نظام‌های آموزشی</strong><strong>، کیفیت </strong><strong>نظام‌های آموزشی</strong><strong> به واسطه ارزیابی کارآیی و اثربخشی آن‌ها مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرد.</strong><strong> کیفیت نظام آموزشی، میزان انطباق وضعیت موجود عناصر نظام&nbsp; با استانداردها یا اهداف و انتظارات است. عناصر نظام آموزشی شامل درون‌دادها، فرایندها، محصولات، برون‌دادها و پیامدها می‌باشند که در ارزیابی کارایی و اثربخشی مورد ارزشیابی قرار می‌گیرند. ویژگی‌های مدرس، یادگیرنده و نظام آموزشی مهم‌ترین درون‌دادهای نظام آموزشی می‌باشند. فرایندهای یاددهی-یادگیری مهم‌ترین فرایندها، نتایج امتحانات نیم‌سال تحصیلی و وضعیت ارتقاء پایه تحصیلی مهم‌ترین محصولات و تعداد دانش‌آموختگان و کیفیت خدمات آ‌ن‌ها از عوامل برون‌دادی و تأثیر دانش‌آموختگان بر وضعیت شهروندی جامعه از جوانب مختلف اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی از عوامل پیامدی نظام های آموزشی محسوب می‌شوند. ارزیابی عوامل مذکور ممکن است به صورت درونی، توسط اعضای نظام، یا به صورت بیرونی، توسط مؤسسات خارجی، صورت گیرد. می‌توان ارزشیابی آموزشی را با استفاده از رویکردهای مختلف انجام داد. عوامل درون‌دادی، فرایندی و برون‌دادی، اهداف و عامل ارزشیابی و رویکردهای آموزشی مورد استفاده از عوامل مؤثر بر ارزشیابی نظام‌های آموزشی می‌باشند.</strong></p> <p>Educational systems of countries are essential possessions of them in exposing with future potential challenges and they are wealth implement for reach to nations&rsquo; goals. So, evaluation of educational systems is very important to assure about sufficiency of efficacy and effectiveness of them. In this article, factors that have effect on efficacy and effectiveness of educational systems will be described.</p> <p>In educational system evaluation, efficacy and effectiveness is considered for assessing quality of these systems. The quality of educational systems is conformity of present situation of elements with standards or aims.&nbsp; Elements of educational systems include inputs, processes, products, outputs and outcomes that are evaluated in assessing efficacy and effectiveness. In educational systems, the most important inputs are attributes of instructors, learners and systems. The most important process is teaching-learning process and the most important products are the results of the mid-term exams and improvement situation of learner to upper levels. The number of graduates and quality of their services are output and the effects of graduates on different aspect of citizenship situation such as social, economical and cultural dimensions are outputs of educational systems. Evaluation of mentioned factors can be done internal, by the member of system, or external, by the external institutions. Educational evaluation is done by different approaches.
