Abstract:   (99 Views)
Background and Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the structural model satisfaction with work-family balance according to role overload in nurses with negative emotion mediators and core self-evaluations modulator.
Materials and Methods: This research is an applied goal in which the community consists of nurses working in Fasa hospitals in the winter of 2021. For this purpose, this issue was investigated by obtaining the opinion of 226 nurses of Vali-asr and Shariati hospitals using random sampling. In order to test the research hypotheses, the technique of partial least squares and structural equations in Smart-PLS software was used.
Results: The findings showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between Role overload and satisfaction with work-family balance at 77% and the fit of the model is good. Negative emotion also plays a mediating role in the relationship between Role overload and satisfaction with work-family balance at 82%. In a way, Role overload increases negative emotion and reduces the satisfaction of family work balance at 31%. In addition, the relationship between Role overload and satisfaction with work-family balance with the moderating role of self-evaluations negatively at 57%.
Conclusion: Based on the findings of the research, it can be found that the relationship between role pressure and satisfaction with work-family balance with the mediating roles of negative emotion and moderator of self-evaluation in nurses is confirmed based on empirical evidence and has an effective role in nurses' behavior and considering its job sensitivity Yes, it is necessary to pay more attention to this category of managers and planners in the field of action.
