Background & Aim: considering the importance of resilience in enduring difficult conditions, the present study was designed to determine resilience and its relationship with some individual professional factors of nurses working in the intensive care unit of hospitals affiliated to Golestan University of Medical Sciences in2020.
Materials and Methods: This is a cross-sectional study. A census was conducted on 243 nurses working in the intensive care unit (ICU) of hospitals affiliated to Golestan University of Medical Sciences in 2020.In order to collect data, personal-professional profile form, valid and reliable Connor and Davidson questionnaire. Data entered into SPSS version 18. Due to the lack of normal distribution of data, Spearman correlation test and U Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis statistical tests were used. Significant level was considered P <0.05.
 
 Result: The mean and standard deviation of age was (30.64 ±6.37). The mean and standard deviation of nurses 'resilience score was (63.24 ± 14.80). The mean resilience score was only statistically significantly related to marital status (P-value =0.004)
Conclusion: Due to the relatively high resilience of nurses working in the ICU and its relationship with the individual variable of marital status, so programs to maintain and improve resilience in the visa department by considering individual factors are important.
